Do you know that Pro Piano has been on the scene with many of the world’s most famous artists for 5-decades? Well, it is a fact! Remember Crosby Stills Nash & Young? They were Pro Piano’s first major clients, utilizing our piano and musical instrument rental & touring services.
Surely you know the great Joni Mitchell. Did you happen to see the front cover of a mid-late 70’s Swing Journal upon which she and Herbie Hancock were shown wearing Pro Piano baseball caps? They toured together with Pro Piano instruments of course.
“The Divine Miss M,” as in Bette Midler, a Pro Piano client! Robbie Robertson? You bet! Prince (finally known as “The Artist”) … he had a Steinway Model A-188 from Pro Piano New York. Marvin Hamlisch, a great artist, composer, pianist… and a Pro Piano friend and client.
Bruce Springsteen, Barry Manilow, Billy Joel, Diana Ross, Barbra Streisand, The Who, The Dead, Queen, The Tubes, Pat Metheny, Ray Charles, Vince Guaraldi, The Starship, Supertramp, Captain & Tennille, Anita Baker, Kathleen Battle, Keith Jarrett, Chick Corea, Michel Camilo, Lonnie Liston Smith, ELP, ELO, Puff Daddy, Teddy Pendergrass, Todd Rundgren, Anita Baker, Fleetwood Mac, Dr. Billy Taylor, The Jazz Crusaders, Captain Beefheart, Genesis, McCoy Tyner, Horace Silver, Elton John, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Linda Ronstadt, Lady Gaga, Angela Bofill, Blossom Dearie, Dexter Gordon, Cecil Taylor, Phil Collins, Bette Midler…..and on and on.
